Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and stretch limousines, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction from pickup to drop-off.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing Capitol City Limousine Service with distinction.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, ensuring punctuality for all appointments.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings as needed.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for each booking.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to choose optimal routes.
Required Skills
- Valid California Class C Driver's License (or equivalent if higher class required for specific vehicles).
- Pristine driving record with no major violations for at least 5 years.
- Excellent knowledge of Sacramento and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are paramount.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
