Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Weekend Guest Service Agent to join our esteemed team. In this part-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from arrival to departure. This position requires a passion for service, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our 5-star reputation by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival and departure.
- Efficiently perform guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and managing room assignments.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems with precision.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness at the front desk and lobby areas.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide valet parking information as needed.
- Engage with guests to build rapport and create a memorable stay experience.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera PMS).

- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting.
- Prior experience with Marriott International brands.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
