Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Sentiment Analyst with a Sales focus to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing customer sentiment across various e-commerce platforms and social media channels to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities related to sales performance. Your insights will directly inform our sales strategies, product development, and customer engagement initiatives, helping us enhance the overall online shopping experience and drive revenue growth. This is a crucial position for understanding our digital footprint and ensuring our sales efforts are data-driven and customer-centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze customer reviews, social media comments, forum discussions, and other online feedback sources related to Target's e-commerce products and services.
- Utilize natural language processing (NLP) tools and sentiment analysis software to categorize and quantify customer emotions and opinions, with a specific emphasis on sales-related feedback.
- Identify emerging trends, common complaints, and areas of high customer satisfaction impacting sales performance.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards on sentiment analysis findings, presenting actionable insights to sales, marketing, product, and customer service teams.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to translate sentiment data into strategies for improving product listings, promotional campaigns, and customer conversion rates.
- Track the impact of implemented changes on customer sentiment and sales metrics.
- Provide competitive intelligence by analyzing sentiment around competitor products and e-commerce strategies.
- Develop and refine methodologies for efficient and accurate sentiment data collection and analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Required Skills
