Job Description

This temporary position offers a flexible schedule, perfect for students, to help us handle the increased package volume during peak seasons. You’ll be an essential part of our operations, ensuring packages are sorted, loaded, and unloaded efficiently and safely, contributing to our mission of delivering on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and scan packages according to destination and service type.
- Load and unload packages from vehicles, trailers, and conveyor belts.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring safe and secure movement.
- Operate scanning equipment to track package movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical role.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
