Job Description
Are you a high school student (age 15+) looking for your first job or a way to earn some extra money after school? McDonald’s in Bristol is hiring enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our crew for afternoon shifts, typically from 4pm to 8pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop essential life skills, and be part of a friendly, fast-paced team. No prior experience is required – we provide all the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Prepare food and drink items to McDonald's quality standards
- Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant environment, including dining areas and restrooms
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
