Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Records Assistant to join our remote team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our vital electronic records through accurate data entry and meticulous record management. The ideal candidate will be adept at working independently, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry from various sources into designated systems and databases.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring consistency and completeness of records.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Adhere to strict data confidentiality and security protocols, including HIPAA compliance where applicable.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality processes.
  • Generate reports and summaries of entered data as required.
  • Assist with special projects related to data clean-up and record migration.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high-accuracy standards.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with high-accuracy data entry, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
