Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Hospitality All-Rounder to join our team in a regional pub with accommodation in the vibrant Pontcanna area of Cardiff. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain broad experience across various aspects of the hospitality industry. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay, assisting with everything from serving customers and preparing rooms to helping in the kitchen and managing bookings. Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and serving customers in the bar and dining areas.
  • Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and processing payments.
  • Assisting with the cleaning and preparation of guest accommodation rooms to high standards.
  • Handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing general reception duties.
  • Supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation and dishwashing.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas of the establishment.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting with stock rotation and deliveries.
