Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Touring Limo Chauffeur with a specific focus on the music and entertainment sector. This pivotal role involves providing discreet, professional, and safe transportation for artists, performers, management, and production teams during tours, events, and personal engagements. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, an intimate knowledge of regional routes, and a strong understanding of the unique demands and confidentiality required when working with high-profile individuals in the entertainment industry. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and extended periods on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to various destinations, including concert venues, airports, hotels, and private residences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned luxury vehicles, both interior and exterior, before and after each trip.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, adapting to last-minute changes with grace and professionalism.
- Ensure client comfort and safety at all times, including assisting with luggage, opening doors, and providing a smooth ride.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client itineraries, conversations, and personal information.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness and resolve any immediate issues.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, tour managers, and clients to coordinate logistics.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Possess detailed knowledge of local and regional routes, traffic patterns, and alternative directions.
Required Skills
- Valid Chauffeur's or Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement (if applicable by vehicle type) in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur experience, with a strong preference for experience in touring or entertainment transport.
- Impeccable driving record with no major accidents or violations.
- Excellent knowledge of safe driving practices and defensive driving techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Pasco, WA, and the broader Pacific Northwest region.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel for extended periods.
- Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and other client belongings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-profile clientele or VIP transportation.
- Advanced defensive driving certifications.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance basics.
