Job Description

In this vital role, you will assist with the smooth operation of vaccine clinics, ensuring patients receive timely and professional care. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize vaccine clinic workstations, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Greet and register patients, verifying their identification and confirming appointments.
- Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding the immunization process and post-vaccination care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with patient flow and clinic logistics.
- Monitor patients for immediate post-vaccination reactions and alert medical staff as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including infection control measures.
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to all patients and their families.
- Participate in all required training and continuous education programs.
