Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage prescription data entry and maintain accurate patient profiles in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizing medications and supplies.
- Process insurance claims and assist patients with billing inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering patient questions, and directing them to pharmacists when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
- Adhere to all provincial and federal pharmacy regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with pharmacy management software (e.g., Kroll, Nexxsys).
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
