Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support to players experiencing technical issues, billing inquiries, account management, and gameplay-related questions via multiple channels (chat, email, forums).
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems related to game clients, network connectivity, hardware compatibility, and peripheral devices.
  • Document all interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring clear and concise records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including game developers and quality assurance, to escalate and resolve persistent issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with new game releases, patches, system updates, and support tools.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles and FAQs.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-contact resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and support skills.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated passion for video games and familiarity with various gaming platforms (PC, console, mobile).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in basic computer troubleshooting and internet navigation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role (gaming-related experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or currently pursuing, benefiting from tuition reimbursement).
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and technical concepts.
