Job Description
Join Siemens, a global leader in industrial technology, as a Technical Manual Annotator specializing in Industrial AI Support. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the accuracy and intelligence of our AI systems by meticulously annotating technical manuals, schematics, and operational documents. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of technical documentation, and an interest in industrial automation and artificial intelligence. You will work closely with our engineering and AI development teams to ensure our AI models are trained with the highest quality data, directly contributing to the development of advanced diagnostic and predictive maintenance solutions for industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate complex technical manuals, diagrams, and operational data to train and improve industrial AI models.
- Categorize and tag various data types, including text, images, and sensor readings, according to established guidelines.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and domain experts to refine annotation guidelines and ensure data consistency and quality.
- Identify and report discrepancies or ambiguities in technical documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of annotation tools and processes.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and throughput in annotation tasks.
- Assist in the development and testing of new AI features by providing annotated datasets.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting technical documentation, including schematics and manuals.
