Job Description
Join our McDonald’s team in New Port Richey as a Part-time High School Fast Food Team Member! This is an excellent opportunity for high school students looking for their first job, offering weekend-focused training and flexible hours to accommodate your school schedule. You’ll learn valuable customer service, teamwork, and operational skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. No prior experience is required – we provide all the training you need to succeed!
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and taking accurate food orders.
- Preparing food items according to McDonald's standards and safety guidelines.
- Operating cash register and handling transactions precisely.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and work stations.
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assisting with inventory and stocking supplies as needed.
Required Skills
- Enrolled in high school or equivalent educational program.
- Ability to work weekends and select evening shifts.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
