Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented WFH EA Game Handler to join our remote team. This role focuses on providing exceptional written support to our player community and meticulously testing game features and content. You will be a crucial link between our players and development teams, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience while identifying and documenting bugs and inconsistencies. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, concise, and empathetic written support to players experiencing issues with EA games, accounts, and services.
  • Respond to player inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant development teams when necessary.
  • Perform thorough testing of game features, content, and updates across various platforms.
  • Accurately document, report, and track bugs, glitches, and usability issues using our internal bug tracking system.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to verify fixes and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge base articles and player-facing FAQs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new game releases, patches, and features to provide informed support.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding unreleased content and player data.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle inconsistencies.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
  • Passion for video games and familiarity with various gaming genres and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or quality assurance roles.
