Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Remote Gaming Analyst with a focus on administrative accuracy to join our global operations team. This is a 100% remote position. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and quality of our gaming content and platform data. Your primary responsibility will be to perform detailed analysis, ensure high accuracy in data entry and categorization, and provide administrative support that underpins critical decision-making processes within Twitch’s gaming ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis and review of gaming content, user interactions, and platform data for compliance, quality assurance, and trend identification.
- Ensure high accuracy and consistency in data entry, categorization, and annotation related to gaming events, user behavior, and content metadata.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identified patterns, providing data-driven insights to relevant teams.
- Administer and maintain the accuracy and completeness of data within various internal tools and systems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and content moderation, to support operational initiatives.
- Identify and escalate critical issues, anomalies, or potential risks related to data integrity or content quality to stakeholders promptly.
- Develop and maintain documentation for analytical processes and administrative procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and calibration to ensure consistent application of guidelines and standards.
