Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators with the setup and operation of rubber molding machinery.
- Load raw materials into molding machines and unload finished products efficiently.
- Inspect finished rubber parts for quality defects, trimming excess material as required to meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Package finished products according to specifications, preparing them accurately for shipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support general factory operations and assist other team members with various tasks as needed.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
