Job Description
Phillips 66 is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Gas Station Field Auditor for quick, flexible contract gigs within the Sugar Land, TX area. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational excellence and compliance of our branded gas stations. As a Field Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting routine site visits to verify adherence to company standards, safety protocols, merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures. This is an independent contractor position requiring your own reliable vehicle for travel between various locations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled audits of Phillips 66 branded gas stations within the designated territory.
- Verify compliance with company operational standards, safety regulations, and cleanliness requirements.
- Assess merchandising displays, product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
- Inspect equipment functionality and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Document findings thoroughly using provided audit tools and digital reporting systems.
- Communicate effectively with station management regarding audit results and corrective actions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all audit findings and company information.
- Travel independently to multiple gas station locations, ensuring timely completion of assigned audits.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with mobile devices and digital reporting applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
