Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated AI Prompt Evaluator with a focus on Google Bard/Gemini training to join our rapidly growing remote team. This role is crucial for enhancing the capabilities and performance of advanced AI models. As an AI Prompt Evaluator, you will evaluate and refine AI-generated responses, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to specific guidelines. Your insightful feedback will directly contribute to the improvement and training of cutting-edge artificial intelligence, helping to shape the future of generative AI. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and rate the accuracy, relevance, quality, and safety of AI-generated text and responses against predefined guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to improve AI model performance and training datasets.
- Identify and flag inappropriate, biased, inconsistent, or otherwise problematic AI outputs.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Contribute to the refinement of evaluation criteria and best practices.
- Collaborate with a remote team to ensure consistent evaluation and quality assurance.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend and precisely follow complex instructions and guidelines.
- Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for evaluation tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, linguistic analysis, or a similar evaluation role.
- Familiarity with or a strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI models (e.g., Google Bard, Gemini, ChatGPT).
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
