Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Online Virtual Business Support professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a Canadian-owned enterprise from a 100% remote setting. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth execution of daily business activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain digital calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using various software applications.
  • Handle email correspondence, filtering, prioritizing, and responding as appropriate.
  • Conduct online research and compile information for projects and decision-making.
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide technical support for virtual meetings and online collaboration tools.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support marketing and social media efforts by scheduling posts and engaging with online communities.
  • Help organize virtual events, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or business support role.
