This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of professional gutter maintenance. You will work alongside experienced technicians, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are met for our clients’ properties. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced gutter cleaning technicians with daily tasks.
- Learn and apply best practices for safe gutter cleaning and maintenance.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies, especially when working at heights.
- Inspect gutters and downpipes for blockages, damage, and potential issues.
- Help with the setup and dismantling of ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
Required Skills
- Ability to work comfortably and safely at heights (with training and safety gear).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new practical skills.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills.
- Valid UK driving licence (preferred but not essential for initial trainee role, may become required for progression).
