Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary / Elementary School Teacher to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment for students within our primary phase. This role is ideal for passionate educators who are committed to providing a high-quality education and contributing to the overall development of young learners. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary school students.
  • Assess, monitor, record, and report on the learning and development of pupils.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum improvements.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent international teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching at the primary/elementary level.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education or a related discipline.
  • Experience with specific international curricula (e.g., IPC, IB PYP).
  • Experience teaching in a multicultural or international school setting.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
