Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly professional Exhibition Hostess to represent our clients at various trade shows and events across the nation, with a base in Tucson, AZ. This role involves extensive travel and requires a polished demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to engaging with attendees and supporting client objectives. The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere and facilitating successful interactions at high-profile industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome attendees to exhibition booths, providing a positive first impression.
- Engage with visitors to understand their needs and direct them to appropriate sales or technical staff.
- Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and promotional items efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and organized booth appearance throughout events.
- Assist with lead generation by collecting contact information and scanning badges.
- Provide basic product or service information as trained by the client.
- Support event logistics, including registration assistance, crowd management, and scheduling.
- Adhere to client branding guidelines and professional conduct standards at all times.
- Travel extensively to various trade show locations, ensuring timely arrival and preparedness.
