Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Laborer for General Warehouse Maintenance to join our team in Pasco, WA. This entry-level position is crucial for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, supporting our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to perform physical tasks, and committed to upholding safety standards. This is an on-site, full-time role requiring an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Assist with organization and tidiness of warehouse areas, including aisles, storage racks, and workstations.
- Support minor repairs and maintenance tasks as instructed.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools safely.
- Move materials and supplies within the warehouse as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory support and cycle counting as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
