Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products, ensuring accurate inventory placement.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Sort and prepare items for shipment, adhering to quality standards.
- Load and unload materials, either manually or with the aid of manual pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Basic computer navigation skills (for scanning and tracking).
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school or post-secondary education program.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or general labor role (even if not required).
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
