Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Auditor to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. As an Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our customer service interactions. You will be responsible for reviewing recorded calls, chat transcripts, and email communications, providing feedback to customer service representatives, and identifying areas for process improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of customer service interactions across various channels (phone, chat, email) to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Evaluate customer service representatives' performance based on established metrics, including accuracy, efficiency, empathy, and resolution rates.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to representatives to facilitate continuous improvement in their service delivery.
- Identify trends, common issues, and training needs based on audit findings, and communicate these insights to management and training teams.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of auditing guidelines, quality assurance protocols, and training materials.
- Maintain meticulous records of audit results, feedback provided, and performance trends.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to address performance gaps and celebrate successes.
- Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and industry best practices to ensure audit relevance and accuracy.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, quality assurance, or a related auditing role (2+ years preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
