Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional High-Value Client Teller to join our exclusive Luxury Banking Lounge in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This pivotal role involves providing superior, personalized banking services to our high-net-worth clients, managing their day-to-day financial transactions with utmost discretion and efficiency. You will be a key point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring an elevated client experience that reflects the prestige of JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s luxury brand. This role comes with a competitive bonus structure tied to performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process complex financial transactions for high-net-worth clients, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and foreign currency exchanges.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a seamless, high-touch banking experience.
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized financial advisors, wealth managers, and other banking services within JPMorgan Chase.
  • Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and internal procedures, maintaining the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Ensure the banking lounge environment is always pristine, welcoming, and reflective of a luxury service standard.
  • Process cash and check transactions accurately, balancing the till at the end of each day.
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and services, assisting with setup and troubleshooting as needed.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a high-end customer service role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and build rapport with affluent clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to client service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a luxury retail, hospitality, or private banking environment.
  • Knowledge of investment products, wealth management services, and financial planning.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to cater to a diverse client base.
