Job Description
Join our team as a Coffee Shop Mystery Shopper and help us maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and atmosphere across our locations. This unique part-time role involves discreetly evaluating various aspects of the customer experience during morning shifts. You will be responsible for visiting assigned Starbucks stores, observing customer service interactions, assessing product quality, cleanliness, and overall ambiance, and providing detailed, objective feedback on your experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy coffee, have keen observational skills, and are committed to contributing to continuous improvement. Weekly checks are required, offering flexibility within morning hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to designated Starbucks locations during morning hours.
- Order specific items and interact with staff as a regular customer.
- Evaluate customer service, product quality, store cleanliness, and compliance with brand standards.
- Complete detailed online survey reports within 24 hours of each visit, providing objective and constructive feedback.
- Adhere strictly to assigned visit schedules and instructions.
- Maintain anonymity throughout the shopping process.
- Handle small purchases (reimbursable) as part of the evaluation process.

- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.

- Reliable internet access and proficiency with online survey platforms.
