Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Typing Expert to join our team. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and clarity of our audio content by transcribing spoken words and identifying and resolving common audio problems. This position requires exceptional listening skills, fast and accurate typing, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for converting audio files into text, flagging inconsistencies, and applying solutions to enhance the overall quality of our data. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe audio content into written text, ensuring high levels of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Identify and document common audio issues such as background noise, unclear speech, multiple speakers, or poor audio quality.
- Apply standardized methods to enhance audio clarity where possible or flag for further processing.
- Utilize proprietary tools and software for transcription and audio analysis.
- Maintain consistent quality and meet productivity targets within specified deadlines.
