Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track progress for multiple game development or live service projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between diverse teams, including development, QA, marketing, and publishing.
  • Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of operational challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Support the implementation of best practices for project execution and workflow optimization.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on project status, performance metrics, and key insights for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to quality assurance efforts by reviewing game features, providing feedback, and escalating critical issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in the video game industry, preferably in a project coordination, operations, or production support role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of game development lifecycles and live service operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team setting.
  • Passion for video games and a solid understanding of current gaming trends and communities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Game Design, or a related field.
