Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile EA Games Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of various game development and live service initiatives across our diverse portfolio. As an EA Games Professional, you will leverage your expertise in the gaming industry to support project management, operational workflows, and cross-functional team collaboration, all from a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track progress for multiple game development or live service projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between diverse teams, including development, QA, marketing, and publishing.
- Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of operational challenges and bottlenecks.
- Support the implementation of best practices for project execution and workflow optimization.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status, performance metrics, and key insights for stakeholders.
- Contribute to quality assurance efforts by reviewing game features, providing feedback, and escalating critical issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in the video game industry, preferably in a project coordination, operations, or production support role.
- Demonstrated understanding of game development lifecycles and live service operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team setting.
- Passion for video games and a solid understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Game Design, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
