Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Sentiment Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing social media data to identify trending topics, public sentiment, and key insights relevant to our clients’ industries. You will leverage Brandwatch’s cutting-edge AI tools to process vast amounts of unstructured data, providing actionable intelligence and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor various social media platforms to identify and track trending conversations, topics, and influencers.
  • Conduct in-depth sentiment analysis of text data using AI-powered tools and manual review to ensure accuracy.
  • Categorize and tag social media mentions based on predefined criteria and emerging themes.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations on social media trends, sentiment shifts, and brand mentions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to improve AI models for sentiment detection and topic identification.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on your analysis of social media data.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platforms, and analytics methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for social media data analysis and reporting.
