Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bank Associate with a passion for diversity and inclusion to join our team in Dade City, Florida. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, new account openings, and various banking services.
  • Educate customers on Wells Fargo products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell suitable solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of banking policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Actively promote and embody Wells Fargo's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all customer and team interactions.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive branch environment for all customers and colleagues.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate management.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain a balanced drawer.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Demonstrated interest in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
