Job Description

Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy individual passionate about leveraging Google’s powerful suite of tools? We are seeking a Remote Google Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team and empower clients to achieve their business objectives. This unique opportunity allows you to choose your own clients and projects, providing flexible administrative and technical support from the comfort of your home. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, organizing data, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless communication, all while mastering the Google ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings using Google Calendar.
  • Create, organize, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Handle email correspondence and communication using Gmail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Utilize Google Drive for secure file storage, sharing, and collaborative document management.
  • Assist clients with data entry, research, and information gathering using Google Search and other tools.
  • Set up and manage online meetings and webinars via Google Meet.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and organizational systems for clients.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications.
  • Prepare reports and summaries based on client data and project progress.
  • Proactively identify client needs and suggest Google-based solutions to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach to tasks
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a remote administrative support role
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) integrated with Google products
  • Experience with basic graphic design or social media management using Google tools or integrated platforms
