Job Description

Join our team as a Farm Camp Picker and become an essential part of our harvest operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work outdoors in a vibrant, social environment, contributing directly to bringing fresh produce to tables across the country. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy physical work and teamwork. This position includes board, providing a comfortable and convenient living arrangement during your tenure with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully pick and harvest various crops according to quality standards and guidelines.
  • Pack harvested produce into designated containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily picking targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Operate basic farm equipment as needed, following training and safety protocols.
  • Assist with other general farm duties as required during non-picking times.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality control.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • No prior experience required; full training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in agricultural work or similar outdoor manual labor.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.
