Job Description
Are you passionate about thrifting, value excellent customer service, and want to contribute to a greater cause? Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Thrift Store Secret Shoppers. In this unique and impactful role, you will discreetly visit our retail locations, evaluating the overall customer experience, store presentation, product quality, and adherence to operational standards. Your valuable insights will directly help us enhance our services, improve our stores, and ultimately support our mission of changing lives through the power of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to assigned Goodwill retail stores within the Central Florida region.
- Discreetly observe and evaluate various aspects of the store experience, including customer service, cleanliness, merchandise display, pricing accuracy, and overall store atmosphere.
- Interact with staff members to assess their helpfulness, knowledge, and adherence to company standards.
- Complete detailed evaluation forms and reports accurately and promptly after each visit, providing constructive feedback and specific examples.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all observations and evaluation results.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each shopping assignment.
- Provide objective and unbiased assessments to help drive continuous improvement.
- Manage your schedule to complete assigned visits within specified timeframes.

- Ability to act discreetly and maintain anonymity during store visits.
