Job Description

Are you passionate about wellness and ready to start your career in a dynamic health club environment? David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Spa Concierge to join our team in Woking. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity where no prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and provide exceptional service. As a Spa Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of our spa facilities, ensuring our members have a relaxing and luxurious experience from arrival to departure. You will manage bookings, assist with inquiries, maintain the spa’s pristine appearance, and contribute to a serene atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all spa guests and members, providing a five-star welcome.
  • Manage spa appointment bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using our system.
  • Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and products.
  • Assist members with inquiries regarding spa facilities, membership benefits, and club offerings.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception, waiting areas, and changing rooms.
  • Monitor spa linen and amenity supplies, ensuring replenishment as needed.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions for spa products and services accurately.
  • Liaise with spa therapists and other club departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve member concerns or issues with a positive attitude.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the spa area.
