Job Description

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Spa Concierge to join our team in Woking. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity where no prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and provide exceptional service. As a Spa Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of our spa facilities, ensuring our members have a relaxing and luxurious experience from arrival to departure. You will manage bookings, assist with inquiries, maintain the spa’s pristine appearance, and contribute to a serene atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all spa guests and members, providing a five-star welcome.
- Manage spa appointment bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using our system.
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and products.
- Assist members with inquiries regarding spa facilities, membership benefits, and club offerings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception, waiting areas, and changing rooms.
- Monitor spa linen and amenity supplies, ensuring replenishment as needed.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions for spa products and services accurately.
- Liaise with spa therapists and other club departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve member concerns or issues with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the spa area.
