Job Description

PureGym Watford is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Gym Instructor Trainee to join our vibrant team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive comprehensive mentorship, and develop the skills needed to become a certified gym instructor. Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist senior gym instructors during member inductions and personal training sessions.
- Learn to demonstrate and explain proper use of gym equipment to members.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.
- Engage with members on the gym floor, offering basic guidance and encouragement.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Support the PureGym team with administrative tasks and club operations as needed.
- Learn to conduct basic fitness assessments and program design under supervision.
