Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our esteemed team in Eastlake, Colorado. As a Chauffeur with Presidential Worldwide Transportation, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and luxurious transportation services to our discerning clientele. This role requires an individual with impeccable driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and an unwavering dedication to customer service excellence. You will represent our brand, ensuring every journey is comfortable, efficient, and discreet, reflecting our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to their destinations following scheduled routes and times, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a meticulously clean and well-maintained luxury vehicle, inside and out, at all times.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous, professional door-to-door service.
- Plan routes in advance, considering traffic patterns, potential delays, and client preferences.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, upholding the company's premium image and standards.
- Handle client requests and special instructions with professionalism, discretion, and utmost confidentiality.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance needs or concerns.
- Ensure all client itineraries are followed precisely and communicate any necessary adjustments in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with an impeccable and clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional chauffeuring experience in a luxury or executive setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the Denver metropolitan area, including Eastlake, and surrounding regions.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
- Strong time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage comfortably.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, punctuality, and client confidentiality.
- Proficiency with GPS and real-time traffic navigation applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience driving luxury sedans, SUVs, or executive vans for corporate or high-net-worth clients.
- Advanced defensive driving certification or equivalent specialized training.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
- Experience with dispatch software and mobile communication tools.
