Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional digital support to Netflix members via various online channels (chat, email, social media).
- Assist members with account inquiries, technical troubleshooting related to streaming, and content navigation.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for platform features and content.
- Contribute to content review processes, ensuring alignment with community guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with Netflix content, features, and industry trends to effectively assist and engage users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Participate in training and development programs to advance skills in digital media and customer engagement.
