Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service locations anonymously as a regular customer.
- Carefully observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff friendliness, product availability, store cleanliness, and service efficiency.
- Interact with staff, ask relevant questions, and engage in scenarios as instructed by project guidelines.
- Accurately document observations and experiences using our online reporting system, often including specific details, timings, and sometimes photos.
- Complete and submit detailed reports within specified deadlines, ensuring all required information is provided.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignments and client information.
- Adhere to project guidelines and instructions meticulously to ensure data integrity.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
