Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service locations anonymously as a regular customer.
  • Carefully observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff friendliness, product availability, store cleanliness, and service efficiency.
  • Interact with staff, ask relevant questions, and engage in scenarios as instructed by project guidelines.
  • Accurately document observations and experiences using our online reporting system, often including specific details, timings, and sometimes photos.
  • Complete and submit detailed reports within specified deadlines, ensuring all required information is provided.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all assignments and client information.
  • Adhere to project guidelines and instructions meticulously to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to project timelines.
