Job Description
Ipsos is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Evening Secret Shoppers. This unique role involves evaluating customer service, store environments, and overall shopping experiences in various high street retail locations within New Port Richey and surrounding areas. As an Evening Secret Shopper, you will be responsible for discreetly assessing specific criteria, interacting with staff, and providing comprehensive feedback through detailed reports submitted daily by 9 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy independent work, have keen observational skills, and are committed to improving consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mystery shopping visits to assigned high street retail establishments during evening hours.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff interaction, product knowledge, store cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
- Interact with store personnel as a regular customer, following a predefined scenario.
- Accurately complete detailed online reports summarizing your observations and experiences.
- Submit all reports by 9 PM on the day of the visit, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and anonymity throughout the shopping process.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback to help clients improve their services.
Required Skills

- Access to reliable transportation for local travel within the Pasco County area.
