Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people and eager to make a global impact from the comfort of your home? Concentrix is seeking dedicated Home Support Pros to join our remote team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for users worldwide, providing exceptional technical support and customer service for a variety of products and services. You’ll troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience for every customer, all while working remotely with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional, and accurate support to global users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for various products and services, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and empathetic experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, service changes, and support best practices.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and privacy.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer troubleshooting and internet navigation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role (1+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Associate's degree or relevant technical certifications.
