Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated Livery Driver with an exceptional focus on city knowledge to join our elite team in Temecula, CA. As a Blacklane chauffeur, you will be the face of our premium service, responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation to our diverse clientele. This role requires not only superior driving skills and punctuality but also an in-depth understanding of Temecula and surrounding areas, ensuring the most optimal routes and an enhanced client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations using the most optimal routes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, adhering to Blacklane's high standards.
- Ensure punctuality for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide a courteous, helpful experience.
- Keep the vehicle immaculately clean, both inside and out.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Utilize advanced city knowledge to navigate efficiently and adapt to changing traffic conditions.
- Provide local insights and recommendations to clients upon request, enhancing their journey.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Extensive and proven knowledge of Temecula and surrounding Southern California areas (e.g., Murrieta, Pechanga, Wine Country routes, major highways).
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience (taxi, ride-share, delivery, or similar).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate GPS and navigation systems effectively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chauffeur or livery driver for a high-end service.
- Knowledge of multiple languages.
