Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and fill prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Assist patients with prescription pick-up and answer basic questions regarding medications.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workstation.
- Process insurance claims and resolve basic billing issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding patient privacy and medication handling.
- Support the pharmacist in various daily tasks to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in any field.
