Job Description

Join Microsoft’s dynamic team as a Virtual Support Specialist, focusing exclusively on text and email communication. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your home office in Berkeley, CA, or anywhere within the designated region. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier technical assistance and support for a wide range of Microsoft products and services.

Key Responsibilities
