Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our remote recruitment support team. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in the talent acquisition process, providing administrative support and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR department, supporting recruitment efforts across various functions while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer generation.
  • Schedule interviews, virtual meetings, and assessments for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, ensuring timely responses and a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new remote employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork and initial setups are completed.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate virtual recruitment events and career fairs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment.
  • Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition functions.
  • Knowledge of basic US employment laws and HR best practices.
