Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Cosmetic Tube Filling Assistant to join our production team in a clean room environment. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the precise and hygienic filling of various cosmetic products into tubes, ensuring all quality and safety standards are met. This position requires strict adherence to clean room protocols, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining product integrity. You will play a vital part in bringing our beloved products from production to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tube filling machinery in a clean room environment.
- Load cosmetic products and empty tubes into the filling equipment.
- Ensure accurate fill weights and volumes according to product specifications.
- Perform visual inspections of filled tubes for defects or inconsistencies.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and clean room protocols.
- Document production data, including batch numbers, fill counts, and quality checks.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas regularly to maintain a sterile environment.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
- Assist with material handling, including receiving and preparing components for production.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets efficiently and safely.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a clean room environment, including wearing required PPE.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly role.
- Experience working in a clean room or regulated environment (e.g., food, pharmaceutical, medical device).
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
