Job Description
Nordstrom is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Fragrance Specialist to join our vibrant team in Georgetown, Washington D.C. As a Junior Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, guiding clients through our exquisite collection of perfumes and colognes, and helping them find their signature scent. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and needs.
- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on a wide range of fragrance brands and products.
- Educate customers on fragrance notes, families, and application techniques.
- Conduct fragrance demonstrations and sampling sessions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing fragrance counter.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about new product launches, trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and preparing for promotions.
