Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pinterest Sales Support Specialist with a focus on lead management to join our dynamic team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This role is crucial for supporting our sales efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient lead lifecycle, and contributing to the overall success of our Pinterest advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our sales representatives, providing essential administrative, data management, and client communication support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound sales leads, ensuring accurate and timely entry into our CRM system.
  • Assist in the full lifecycle of lead management, including tracking progression and updating statuses within the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, demonstrations, and appointments for sales representatives with prospective and existing clients.
  • Perform data entry and maintain the integrity and accuracy of client and lead information in various databases.
  • Provide administrative support for client communications, including drafting emails, preparing introductory packets, and follow-up materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather necessary information for sales proposals and pitches.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements within the lead management and sales support workflows.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with the Pinterest Ads platform or similar social media advertising tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative assistant, or lead generation role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology (MarTech) and ad tech landscapes.
