Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, quality, and safety of shopping trolleys across our supermarket locations. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a positive customer experience by providing clean and functional trolleys. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of shopping trolley stocks at various Walmart store entrances, parking lots, and designated collection points.
- Inspect trolleys for damage, cleanliness, and functionality, reporting any issues for repair or cleaning.
- Organize and retrieve stray trolleys from around the store premises, including parking lots and adjacent areas.
- Ensure trolleys are safely stored and readily accessible for customers.
- Monitor and maintain an accurate inventory count of trolleys.
- Collaborate with store staff to address trolley-related needs and maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines while performing duties.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an outdoor setting.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to walk, stand, push, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a role requiring physical activity or outdoor work.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may be required for travel between nearby locations, if applicable).
