Job Description

In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing exceptional support, and contributing to the efficiency of our logistics systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and steps taken in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership and follow-through.
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as required to provide extended support.
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with development teams for permanent solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with remote support tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and client-server architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation.
  • Experience with logistics or supply chain management software.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
  • Previous experience in a 100% remote work environment.
